Comic will be delayed this Monday, as you have probably surmised. I spent much of the time I would have been working on it ironing out tech problems. :( Sorry for the disappointment, and look for the next page Tomorrow or Wednesday at the very latest, with Monday updates resuming next week!

NOTICE: It does appear that some users are experiencing issues where images do not load properly. We are working to isolate the problem. I am very, very sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get things working again ASAP!

UPDATE: We think we've fixed the problem, please let us know if it persists for you. It seems to be an issue with JPEG encoding that only effects a minority of users. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with what web browser you use.

We're back, slowly but surely as I readjust to drawing comics and NK adjusts to writing comics again. It was harder this time than any other previous time to get back into the flow of it. Previously, when I had taken a break, it felt as if I never put down the pen but now ... heh, now it was like trying to break through a brick wall that had sealed a doorway. Part of it may be the style change, after all, my character never actually had eyes before. I liked it that way, it made things easy, but at the same time the faces seemed static or wooden ... like Tom Cruise or Keenu Reeves acting. I wanted to show expression and that's what I added the enclosures to the eyes so that the pupils could have a large disconnected space to move and show emotion and ... stuff.

Another problem plaguing the return of the comic is the simple problem of leading a life that has many funny but subtle things happening in it. Yeah it seems funny if you're there but it takes too much context to explain later in a comic form. As of right now neither NK or I know where the comic is heading we used to have a plan, a big one but the hiatus killed it.
